德国科隆大规模性侵案引发抗议 默克尔下令严查

　　据德国之声网站消息，去年12月31日，科隆火车站周围聚集了大约1000名酗酒男子。这些男子分拨向周围的女性靠拢，威胁并洗劫她们的财物。科隆警方公布的消息称，这些男子还对周围的女性进行性骚扰，当晚至少有一名女性被强奸。截至当地时间1月4日，警方已经接到90宗报案，其中也包括手机、钱包失窃案。据德国警方推测，还有一些受害人没有报案。

　　据科隆警察局局长阿尔博斯描述称，这些男子“从相貌上看大约来自阿拉伯国家或者北非地区”。现场目击证人也证实了这一描述。

　　当地时间5日，约有300名妇女高举标语在事发现场示威抗议，要求默克尔对此事采取行动。

　　默克尔5日与科隆新当选的市长雷克通话，表达了她“对这一可憎的偷盗及性侵犯罪行为的愤慨，并要求以法治国家手段作出强硬回答”。德国政府发言人赛贝特介绍称，默克尔要求，无论肇事者来自哪里，背景如何，都要尽全力快速对该案进行彻查，将罪犯绳之以法。

　　德国内政部长德迈齐埃对此表示，“数量如此众多、有明显移民背景的肇事者参与的大规模性侵事件，也意味着有组织犯罪行为已进入一个新阶段。”但他同时也警告说，“不要将所有来到德国的难民都看作潜在的犯罪分子。”

　　科隆警方负责人称，从科隆跨年夜发生的大规模针对女性的袭击案件来看，犯罪行为已“达到新的规模”，在城市中心地区发生如此规模的犯罪行为，“让人无法容忍”。

　　在政界要求将肇事者追究到底的同时，德国当局加大了对科隆的安保力度。科隆市长雷克在召开紧急会议后明确表示，“我们共同制定了新的安保措施，以避免类似事件再次发生。”雷克还敦促公众不要过早对事件下结论，“将疑似北非人犯罪团伙与难民联系在一起，是绝对不适当的做法。”
